We are writing this letter to send our warmest congratulations on behalf of the Moroccan people and all the African youth to you and to all the Saint Petersburg University family, and through you to all the people of Saint Petersburg and the Russian Federation on celebrating the 300th anniversary of this glorious world-class university!
Your university played an important role in producing the most talented elites in Russia and brought to Saint Petersburg and all the Russia unbelievable international achievements on all levels. It is enough for us here to know that from the University great people graduated and were launched to greatness, like Vladimir Putin, Ivan Pavlov, Michael Lomonosov, Dmitry Medvedev, Alexander Prokhorov, and others.
Adhering to a policy of openness as you provide access to a unique science world on the basis of which interdisciplinary research is carried out and discoveries are made, and we believe here in Africa and the Arabic world that this is the right vision, especially in this current world situation where Russia is playing a major role in building the new multipolar world besides other partners such as the People’s Republic of China!
Moroccan-Russian relations witnessed a historic level during the rule of President Vladimir Putin and King Mohammed VI, and we have always been admiring the culture and enthusiasm of our friends in your glorious country, but we admired mostly the fact that our friend Vladimir Vladimirovich was a student at Saint Petersburg University. Now we are proud that a new chapter has been opened in your history by this amazing stage of your path for powerful Russian academic talents in the world, and we really love the outstanding participation of the university in improving Russian-African cooperation within the vision of the great president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin!
